Excel offering Steel Shell Crucibles Melting Redfined ranging from 50kg to 10 ton in steel frame design. Heavy duty electrolytic cooper is used for coil winding . CRGO laminations are provided to coil to redirecting the flux in the coil. Castable refractory is used for the top and bottom casting. Heavy duty tilting cylinders are used to pour out the material from crucible.
The power range in this system is 50kw to 1000kw. Power sharing is required when two or three furnaces from a single power supply source is used for melting, holding and sintering. In holding process power is shared from 10% to 100% at any melting crucible. This process is beneficial when the pouring process take a very long duration and in that period power utilization is nil. To utilize this power 10% power is applied to maintain the temperature of molten metal and balance 90% power is applied to another crucible. In sintering process we can sinter the lining of another crucible at any time. Excel manufacture sintering panel for large tonnage furnaces to sinter the lining, It saves the power as well as time in steel melting plants to boost up the productivity.
